Studds Testing Laboratory is equipped with the most modern machineries for all kinds of mechanical (crash, rigidity, tensile etc.) and Optical (focal power, transmittance and refraction) tests. Our testing facilities have been accredited by various transport ministries and laboratories around the world for carrying out performance tests for motorcycle and moped helmets in accordance with European (ECE/ONU 22-05), Indians (IS:4151) and American (D.O.T) standards.

Apart from this our lab is well equipped for testing recreational and industrial helmets to various standards. Our highly competent laboratory engineers provide constant technical assistance to the research and development department for testing new products and upgrading our product quality. This is one of the major reasons that our helmets comply with most of the international standards.
